Lake Padden Park

Making up the south end of Bellingham, Lake Padden Park is a popular recreational zone year round. Lake Padden Park offer trails for walking and biking, swimming zones for all ages, picnic areas, playgrounds, boat launch (non-motorized boats only), fishing, a golf course and so much more. One of the most popular parks in town, the location has something for everyone.

For those who enjoy a hike in the woods, Lake Padden Park hiking is situated alongside a vast of trees offering hiking and biking trails that are less groomed for the adventurous at heart.

Lake Padden Trout Fishing

Fishing is Lake Padden is great for the kids, fun and easy. There are places to fish by the shore or by boat. Opening day for trout in Lake Padden is the last Saturday in April and goes until October 31st. according to the Washington Fishing Regulations.
