Eric Badgley
CEO and Team Leader


Eric Badgley is a bona fide Whatcom county native, and was born and raised here in Bellingham.  Eric started his sales career humbly in 2002 by selling Kirby Vacuums door-to-door.  In 2003, he decided if he was good at selling vacuums, he could easily sell a car.  Eric was wildly successful at car sales, and that was when he decided to move up in the world of sales again.  In 2005, he started selling homes, and his drive is now focused completely on the rewarding search of finding forever homes for his clients.  

Eric Badgley brought his extensive SEO (search engine optimization) knowledge and mixed it with real estate.  This combination spawned his successful website, www.bellingham-realestate.net, in 2006.  This website stands to be the most powerful single domain in Whatcom County with over 1,000,000 page views a year.  It ranks in the top 3 on Google for all search terms within Whatcom County real estate.  Eric prides himself in consistently mixing professional courtesy, determination and technological ease.  Eric Bagley continues to add content daily to make his site more user-friendly.

Eric Badgley passions include a love for the Seattle Seahawks, and he is an avid season ticket holder.   He also loves all board sports, including snowboarding, wakeboarding and surfing.  Eric, as a Pacific Northwest local, has a passion for the great outdoors, and can’t wait for the summers to go camping, fishing and hiking. 

Jana Guy

Jana Guy grew up in California. She received a degree in Organizational Communications from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Cal State Stanislaus. Her entire professional career has been in the sales arena and she was raised in a sales minded family. Jana relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 1991 and Bellingham has been her home now for 14 years. She became a Realtor seven years ago and has since received her Accredited Buyer’s Agent certification, is an acting member of WCAR and NAR ( associations within the industry), has been a member of the Executive Club for outstanding sales performance for RE/MAX in 2006 and 2008, was “Realtor of the quarter” for 2004 by the Whatcom County Association of Realtors and she continuously attends education classes, seminars, international conventions and trade shows to maintain industry standards so she can better serve her clients needs.
