The Northern Heights real estate is just east of the Bellingham city limits, and lies along McLeod Road. This quiet neighborhood is full of cul-de-sacs, and tight-knit communities. There is even a central green space for residents to take advantage of. Many of the homes were built in the early 1990's, and are walking distances to the local park and to Northern Heights Elementary School. Just a short drive away is Barkley Village and Sunset Square.
Most of the homes in Northern Heights have full or partial views of the Cascade Mountains to the north. While there aren't a huge number of homes available, there are definitely a variety of homes in the Northern Heights neighborhood for sale. This neighborhood is all sidewalks, streetlamps and sleepy cul-de-sacs; the perfect spot for any Bellingham local.
